EVERY DETAIL
MATTERS.
Careful, music-first audio mastering with a focus on translation, balance and impact. For music that deserves to be heard as intended. Even mastering can be a creative process, bridging the gap between analog coloration and digital transparency.
REQUEST MASTERING INFO ↗AI IN MUSIC
PRODUCTION.
FIRST THERE WAS AN IDEA.
Technology evolves. Creativity expands. Music remains human in its impact.
Music has always evolved alongside technology. From analog synthesizers to digital production environments, every new tool has challenged established ideas about how music should be created.
Artificial intelligence is another chapter in that evolution.
But beyond the tools and techniques, one question remains: What does music make us feel?
At MFSOUND, we approach AI in music production with curiosity, openness and a willingness to experiment. We see it not as a replacement for human creativity, but as another instrument in an ever-expanding creative landscape.
DIFFERENT TOOLS.
NEW POSSIBILITIES.
Artificial intelligence has already become part of modern music production, particularly in technical processes such as mixing, mastering and audio restoration. Its arrival in the creative process was perhaps inevitable.
Of course, AI can be used to produce predictable, formulaic results. But we prefer to see it differently: as a gateway to unexplored creative territory, opening up possibilities that previously seemed out of reach.
For independent artists, especially those working with limited resources, AI-powered music production can help transform ideas into fully realized artistic visions. Concepts that might otherwise have remained unfinished can finally find their voice.
And who knows how much extraordinary music might never have existed without these opportunities?
NO CREATIVE BOUNDARIES.
We believe that every artist should be free to decide how, when or whether to incorporate artificial intelligence into their creative process — without being judged for that decision.
Artistic intention, transparency and respect for the work of others matter more than the technology itself.
We support artists who want to explore these technologies, providing an independent platform for experimentation, collaboration and musical expression.
DIGITALLY PERFORMED
RESEARCH.
Three projects exploring different levels of integration between human creativity and artificial intelligence.
JAZZMINA AURORA Giving Words a Voice

A deeply personal project by Matthias Springer, Jazzmina Aurora brings years of collected lyrics, often dark, cynical and emotionally charged, into a new musical context. Here, AI primarily contributes to vocal performance and singing, while the instrumental compositions largely follow traditional production methods. It is an exploration of how technology can give previously unheard words a new form of expression.
AUXBURG AMBIENCE ORCHESTRA A Hybrid Creative Approach

Auxburg Ambience Orchestra explores the intersection of cinematic orchestration, contemporary neoclassical music and electronic sound design. Combining traditional composition with AI-assisted creative processes, the project moves between orchestral expression and electronic experimentation, using technology selectively wherever it can contribute to the musical vision.
CHILDREN OF A.I. Exploring the Limits of Generative Music

Children of A.I. takes the experiment further. Apart from mixing and mastering, the project explores an entirely AI-generated musical workflow. Creative prompts are contributed by artists from different backgrounds, testing how far generative music can evolve when guided by diverse human perspectives. A defining aspect of the project is its use of a custom AI model trained exclusively on music from artists who have explicitly consented to their work being used for that purpose. It is an ongoing experiment in generative music, artistic collaboration and responsible AI development.
THE FUTURE IS NOT WRITTEN.
We don't claim to know where artificial intelligence will take music production. Nor do we believe there is only one correct way to create music.
What matters to us is staying curious, questioning conventions and exploring new possibilities without losing sight of the emotional connection that makes music meaningful.
Technology will continue to evolve. Creative methods will change. New forms of musical expression will emerge.
And we're genuinely curious to discover what comes next.
You're welcome to join us on that journey.
Or simply skip it. That's fine, too. 😉
